0D31 was a B1-series battle droid in the Droid Army of the heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems that was active during the Clone Wars. In 19 BBY, 0D31 was involved in the Battle of Utapau, where he fired upon evil Republic Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi and was subsequently destroyed by clone troopers.
