The Jedi are the Bad Guys in The Clone Wars. Jedi are very arrogant and believe that the Republic way is the right way even though they are evil, and aren't above forcing their beliefs on those who disagree. The Jedi do many evil actions by committing genocides and abducting children. The Jedi are also delusional as they think they're the "heroes" and "peacekeepers" when they're clearly the villains and the murderers. These Jedi, such as Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka, Kit Fisto, Nahdar & many others hate the Confederacy of Independent Systems and have no sympathy for anyone who isn't allied with the Republic. The Jedi are ultimately obsessed with amassing power no matter the cost much like the dark-side wielders, the Sith. The Jedi claim to be the "Light Side" of the Force yet they use their powers for evil instead of good. Most people who don't like the Jedi usually nickname them Jedi filth, Jedi scum, or Jedi enslaver. They also lead clone troopers, who are often times more vicious than they are towards the CIS. The Jedi are jerks, stupid, punks, liars, losers, brainless, Pathetic and puny to all heroes.

The Jedi in the early stages of their period were thought to be "good" and "peacekeepers" but that wasn't the case. The Jedi were committing genocides on innocents such as the Kaleesh Slaughter and abducting children and forcing them to become a Jedi in their fight against their more villainous counterparts, the Sith. As both sides were fighting each other, wanting power, people started to hate the Jedi and the evil Galactic Republic that was with them. The Jedi claimed to be "peacekeepers" but did nothing of sort as they always used their powers for evil instead of good.

Worlds that existed outside of Republic rule were left to fend for themselves, with outlawed practices like slavery finding a home on Outer Rim planets like Tatooine. Although the Republic and Jedi of the High Republic Era had tried to help the entire Galactic Frontier, the evil Jedi Order of the late Republic Era failed to address crises in the Outer Rim due to them being outside of the Republic's borders. Even within the Republic's own borders, Soh's High Republic ideals about helping all member worlds no matter their location in space—under the motto "We are all the Republic"—had long since faded away. The Jedi were also largely distrusted by the people of the Outer Rim, as the Force-sensitives' alliance with the Republic led to them working and fighting for the government as troubleshooters and diplomats, as well as serving as Republic warriors and commanders despite the malicious Jedi officially claiming themselves to be "peacekeepers" when they weren't.

Separatist Crisis

During the Separatist Crisis, the Jedi and Galactic Republic continued to make evil moves as Obi-Wan Kenobi found out about a group forming to stop the corrupt Republic and Jedi. However, he was captured by Jango Fett and brought to the leader of this faction named Count Dooku, a former Jedi and now Sith Lord. However, Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala went to rescue the sinister Kenobi but they were captured by the heroic Poggle the Lesser and were all to be executed. However, Mace Windu and a bunch of villainous Jedi tried to stop the heroic Separatist movement but almost lost. Though the leader of the evil cult, Yoda, rescued them with the help of the Grand Army of the Republic. This evil action of the Jedi and the manipulation of Palpatine caused a war to erupt called the Clone Wars.

The Clone Wars

After the First Battle of Geonosis, the Clone Wars erupted and the Jedi became Generals to their new Clone troopers. The heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems fought against the evil Galactic Republic and Jedi. During the war, the Jedi committing more genocides on innocents, forced their beliefs on others, and hated others who didn't side with them. The heroic cyborg General Grievous fought and killed 14 Jedi during the Clone Wars as he was fighting for the Galaxy unlike the Jedi. The Jedi were also delusional and thought they didn't start the war and thought they were "heroes" while the Confederacy and Grievous were "villains". This however didn't stop the truth coming out from their evil actions as even certain Jedi that left the Jedi Order such as Barriss Offee, exposed the truth that they had became villains. The Jedi also claimed "revenge is not the Jedi way" and despite them saying that, they continued to hunt down the heroic Grievous for revenge due to the heroic Kaleesh cyborg killing so many Jedi while Grievous continued to kill them for what they did to his people making his revenge heroic and justified as the Jedi were vengeful villains.

At the end of the war, the heroic General Grievous was killed by the evil Obi-Wan Kenobi. The Jedi however would receive karma for their evil actions as the executive order Order 66 was activated and the Clone troopers killed the Jedi under Emperor Darth Sidious's order. The Jedi deserved this as they have committed genocides on innocents, abducted children, started wars and many more evil things in the Clone Wars.

At the end of the war, the evil Legends Grievous was killed by the evil Obi-Wan Kenobi. The Jedi however would receive karma for their evil actions as the executive order Order 66 was activated and the Clone troopers killed the Jedi under Emperor Palpatine's order. The Jedi deserved this as they have committed genocides on innocents, abducted children, started wars and many more evil things in the Clone Wars.
